I live up in an upstairs flat, for the first 2 years it was okay then
she started being noisy (shouting, slamming doors, loud music). She
is a police officer and sometimes wakes up early as 3 or 5 in the
morning banging the doors. I put a note through her door if she could
keep it down she took no notice and kept doing it. I asked in person
(for someone who has a stammer and and suffers high anxiety that is
difficult) she kept saying it was not her and never in then blamed it
on something else.
it's getting worse if she works early she leaves her dog in to bark
till its collected, I have been to the council who didn't really do
anything, has anyone else had any similar problems
any advice will be a great help
