Does DreamWorks not allow people to release their movies on a ROM File?

Does DreamWorks not allow people to release their movies on ROM File?
i am talking about Gameboy Advance Videos. i can't find these ROMS:

Shrek / Shrek 2

Shark Tale

Shrek / Shark Tale

other GBA Videos are released but not movies. is this due to
copyright? i want these files
